Ian is available to tailor bespoke coaching programmes for one-to-one coaching and group coaching. The Plain Sailing in Schools Core Programme can be modified to suit a variety of delivery methods.
If you prefer not to complete the programme online, then the 15 sessions can be delivered on a one-to-one basis, either face-to-face, over the telephone or via Skype. These sessions last 75-90 minutes. Included in this price is full back-up support by email or telephone between sessions.
Ian is also available to coach individuals or groups of teachers within their school settings. If Head Teachers or Professional Development Co-ordinators have identified an area or issue that individuals or groups need to be coached on, then please get in touch to discuss this further.
