		<description>Thanks for your kind words about the post on being more optimistic. For those pessimists out there, it is a trained skill to become an optimist, but the human brain is well capable of being re-programmed. All negative thought patterns become so embedded that they are hard to shift, but they can be with hard work!</description>

		<description>What a great post!  I love your bullet points and in my 20&#039;s, used just such an approach to re-focus my energy, talents and thoughts.  The &quot;stop&quot; approach works so well, and those who really work to put it into practice find that they don&#039;t need it at all after just a couple of weeks or months.  So much better to be optimistic...thanks for helping more people to find the freedom and joy that comes from looking on the bright side!</description>
